Samuel has over 15 years of experience spanning data science and analytics, data management, applied economic research, and information systems development. As BAO’s head of data science Sam provides leadership on enhancing BAO’s portfolio of products and services for advanced analytics such as self-service data preparation and automated machine learning. His work with clients covers the full data science life cycle from business understanding to modeling/visualizing to deployment and monitoring. Samuel’s peer-reviewed research has appeared in the International Journal of Forecasting and the Proceedings of the International Conference on Information Systems and has been presented at numerous conferences and universities.
